The staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming and happy to answer any questions. The breakfast is nice you can't really complain as there is more than enough and lots to choose from. The staff were very helpful as the coffee machine broke so one of the members of staff made coffee especially for us. The reception is 24 hours, which is really helpful as we were in and out of the hotel a lot. Also, we needed to check out really early for flight. There is parking outside the hotel we stayed in december so it was completely free and plenty of bays available. As for the room, we had a Seaview room which had a perfect view of the sea, which was amazing, and another facing the other side of the building onlooking the carpark, which was fine both rooms were really warm and temperature could be easily adjusted bathrooms were very tidy nice big mirror the shower water pressure wasn't great but enough to have a decent shower. Honestly, I would recommend it to anyone visiting and would probably return again myself.

The room we stayed in was quite outdated and could use some renovations, particularly when it came to improving the lighting. Despite this, our room had a window that allowed some natural light to filter in, which made the atmosphere a bit more pleasant. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the staff; they were incredibly friendly and eager to assist with any requests we had. Their helpfulness truly enhanced our experience. Breakfast was another highlight. It was a self-service arrangement, allowing us to choose exactly what we wanted, which I found quite convenient. I also appreciated the option to request free-from items, catering to various dietary needs, which is always a thoughtful touch. Overall, despite the room's need for modernization, my positive experiences with the staff and the breakfast options make me inclined to stay here again in the future.

I asked for Seaview and the lady kindly changed me to a front room. Booking.com can be very misleading and make you think you have a frontal room when you don't. Always check! The breakfast was reasonable. We had hot breakfast. There was a mixture of cereals and breads crossaints jams. More than enough to get me and the kids sorted. Beds comfy. Room spacious and shower was powerful.

The location is fantastic, the breakfasts are amazing, great value for money. Apart from summer months you can park on the street all of your stay, but there is a car park at the rear of the property for residents. The bar has a great range of beers , whiskeys & gins😁& knowledgeable bar staff. The hotel was pretty full but we heard no noise from other rooms

Convenient location within walking distance of the Train and bus depot. Nice garden directly outside the Hotel with promised views up to Scotland...our weather in February was wall to wall grey cloud. But I do believe the views exist beyond the Skerries. Staff were friendly and helpful.
